Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation was sent to the email you provided at checkout. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, let us know, and we’ll resend it!
How long does shipping take?
94% of deliveries are delivered on time. From the Sendle website : If you’re expecting a delivery via Sendle, you’ll get a delivery estimate via email (it’s kind of like an ETA). This will give you an idea of how long parcels like yours typically take to land at their destination.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

What if my order arrives damaged?
While we do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely, in the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately, so we’re unable to cancel or modify it. Please carefully check your order before placing it.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend:
