- Does not match the description or image on the website
- Is not of acceptable quality
We will offer a replacement for the item. If a replacement is not available, we can offer you a similar product of equal value or a refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we can offer a similar product of equal value or a refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return for a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at amarkjewellery@gmail.com with the below information:
- Order Number
- Item(s) requesting to be returned or exchanged
- Reason for return or exchange
Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by us.
Replacement Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and arrange for a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a similar product or a refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for the process to be completed.
When will I receive my refund?
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
